Social infrastructure is expected to respond to desires for change affording people healthy, comfortable and fulfilling lifestyles. Our understanding of this is described in four strands of everyday life – Health & Wellbeing, Learning, Working and Living.
Architecture is and always has been about People. The need for shelter, identity, inspiration and a sense of being are global concerns. They are common issues that affect us all. In addressing these common challenges, architecture develops a multi-cultural language. As a practice founded in 1854 and with internationally prominent figures such as Charles Rennie Mackintosh among its principals, designers at Keppie are constantly aware of the legacy they leave to the communities for whom they design.
