Abstract Signs Mega 132,000 Sq Ft Pre-Let at 100 Bristol Business Park to Babcock

The Keppie team have been instrumental in creating new workplace solutions for Babcock in several key locations in the UK.

This latest 132,000sf development in Bristol will completely transform an under-utilised industrial site into a thriving office campus for over 1200 staff.

The new Babcock Campus will have a strong connection to the adjacent University of West England and will offer future collaboration opportunities for both organisations. The project comprises of two office buildings, retail and leisure space and a multi-storey car park.

The design development of the project has continued throughout lockdown and the project is due on site shortly.
