Prestigious Dubai residential developments

Keppie have been appointed by Emaar Living to design several major residential projects in Dubai. Keppie were formally appointed by Emaar in July 201 to design the highly prestigious Parklands development overlooking the world famous Emirates Golf Club, home of the Dubai Classic.

Plot 5JJ Dubai Marina – Keppie Design carried out concept design exercise for this potential development plot in the Dubai Marina district on behalf of EMAAR Properties. Plot 5JJ is located at the entrance to Dubai Marina and boasts fantastic seaward looking views. The site incorporates an existing boating yard. Three curved single aspect residential blocks are proposed on top of the boating yard and car parking structure, with maximised views across the Marina and the sea.

Plot 3M Dubai Marina – Plot 3M is located adjacent to the Marina Mall. The concept proposal creates an efficient courtyard layout with undercroft car parking. A potential pedestrian link provides a direct connection to the Marina Mall and Marina area. The project consists of 600 high quality residential units efficiently designed to maximise sales area and incorporate natural ventilation.
