Proposals for New University Hospital Monklands

NHS Lothian and Keppie welcome you to this virtual engagement consultation to display their development proposals for an extension to Car Park 2C at the Royal Infirmary Edinburgh Campus.

The purpose of this consultation is to make the local community, staff and other interested parties aware of the proposed development before any planning application is submitted to the City of Edinburgh Council. In so doing, this will afford the community the opportunity to comment on the proposals in advance of any application. For the avoidance of doubt, the development proposal presented comprises the following: • circa 259 additional parking spaces; • Inclusion of Electrical Vehicle charging spaces; • access alterations; • new pedestrian link. As such, there is an opportunity for you to comment on the development proposals which will be subject to separate planning applications in the future. We would be delighted to receive any comments you may have, which can be made using our FEEDBACK FORM. These will be taken into account before any applications are submitted to City of Edinburgh Council at a future date. Please note that any comments made during this process are not representations to the Council. There will be an opportunity to make representations to the Council once any applications have been submitted.
