Reece specialised in sculpture during his Art Foundation Diploma at Nottingham College, where his work was guided by the relationship between geometry, scale and the human form. This led to his interest in architecture, where he began his studies at Newcastle University in 2015, moving onto Glasgow School of Art in 2021 to complete the DipArch program. Reece has gained 3+ years experience as a Part I Architectural Assistant in London and Nottingham, with 5+ years experience in freelance design work across the UK.

During his time at Glasgow School of Art, Reece was the winner of a number of prizes including the Portfolio Prize and the prestigious W.O Hutcheson Prize, where his final year project ‘Synecdoche, Molenbeek’ was selected to be stored in the GSA archives alongside the work of Charles Rennie Mackintosh.

Reece loves running, walking and generally moves really fast – his record number of steps in a day: 90,223 – beat that!
