Phase 2 involves the masterplan of the mixed use business quarter, primarily 30,000sqm of office space from small business units to HQ buildings, as well as a four star hotel and new 20,000sqm campus for Motherwell College.
Other uses may include the provision of supporting leisure and healthcare facilities. Phase 3 runs concurrently with Phase 2 and comprises masterplanning of Sport Scotland’s new Lanarkshire sports facility, with both indoor and external sports facilities.
