Richard joined Keppie in 2005 as Director responsible for delivering urban design and masterplanning services for the group. He has been Project Director for several key commercial projects including Eurocentral Business Park and Ravenscraig.
His particular expertise is in designing offices, mixed-use developments, large-scale residential, retail, industrial and out-of-town business locations projects.
Other project experience includes Central Quay Business Park (including the Scottish Daily Record HQ) and Hamilton International Technology Park, commissioned with Aukett Europe Limited. Richard is also experienced in delivering sustainable commercial and industrial space including several "excellent" rated BREEAM accreditations.
He enjoys travelling and golf, and is married with two children.
