Colin has 25 years experience in healthcare projects and was invited to join Keppie in 1997 to be project Architect for Ayr Hospital.
In recent years Colin has been involved in the PFI process advising various trusts, but also as Project Architect for the New Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, Blackburn Royal, Tameside Hospital and Forth Valley Acute Hospital.
Colin's particular interests are the technical and clinical aspects of the hospitals patient and staff environment.
Colin has a secret parallel career in water treatment works including the new water treatments for Glasgow.
Married with one child, Colin escapes from work to the hills on his mountain bike and water on his catamaran.
